Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ's
Q: "How do you ship your wreaths/arrangements so they will look as good when I get them as they do in the pictures?"
A: We use the finest custom made boxes available and custom pack each item, carefully securing all items so they do not move in transit. They will arrive looking as good as they look on-line. Some items are packed in "Flo-pak" styrofoam "peanuts". We carefully surround your item so it will not be crushed during
shipment. The only draw back is you may have to spend some time "fishing" a few of the peantus out. |

Q: "How do I know when my package has been delivered?"
A: Purchases are normally shipped via US Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. To obtain confirmation the package has been delivered by the
Post Office, you may access their Web Site at http://www.usps.gov/cttgate/ and enter the tracking number we provide.

Q: "Can I put silk flower wreaths on my front door if it is not covered?"
A: Our products are made of the finest silk flowers. With a little care your purchase should last many years. If the
wreath is in the direct sunlight, some fading will occur. Also, if the wreath has dried Eucalyptus, it can stain the surrounding silk flowers if
it becomes overly wet. Finally, our wreaths are fairly sturdy, but they should not be left out in strong winds.

Q: "Why don't the pictures look as good using America Online?"
A: AOL, to improve download time, does not send the full picture image. You can improve things somewhat by changing your AOL WWW Preferences to "Uncompressed Images". For best results use Internet Explorer or Netscape as your Browser Software (which can be used with AOL).

Q: "My 'Tell a Friend' does not work?"
A: If you use Netscape as your Browser, you must have mail enabled within the Netscape Browser. You can not use Netscape as the Browser and a non-Netscape Email program, they don't talk to each other.
